After experiencing the ups and downs of life, I know the struggles are real. From being bullied when I went to school which caused me self-esteem and confidence issues to navigating life as an undiagnosed AuADHD neurodiverse adult for decades.
I never felt like I found my place where I fitted in, my nervous system became disregulated and I burnt out so bad I couldn't speak or move! I've navigated loss and the grief that brings with it as well as divorce and being a single parent.
I know it can feel like sometimes everything is against you, but I found a way through and so can you!
Our founder started this practice after experiencing personal ups and downs and coming through stronger on the other side. This journey ignited a passion for helping others build resilience and well-being in their own lives. Our mission is to equip each client with the skills and knowledge to make positive mindset changes and improve overall well-being.
Our approach combines holistic well-being, psychology, and spiritual practices to create bespoke programmes tailored to each client. By treating the person as a whole, we can better address the unique needs of every individual, providing support that is as comprehensive as it is personal.
We specialise in energy healing, mental health support, mindset coaching, the control system, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Our client-centred, holistic approach draws on intuitive guidance and the unique skills of each practitioner to create personalised paths to healing.
Our team consists of six experienced therapists, each with a strong background in both personal and professional healing practices. Together, we bring decades of experience and a lineage of healers to our work, with a commitment to providing non-judgemental, empathetic support. Many of us have also faced our own challenges, so we can connect with clients from a place of understanding.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with a warm smile. Our space is designed to feel more like a welcoming home than a typical clinic, with a calm, cosy atmosphere ideal for relaxation. You’ll find fresh flowers, scented water, and a variety of teas and coffees. We take the time to ensure you feel relaxed and unhurried, with extra time allocated for any questions. After your session, you’re welcome to relax in a friendly area where you can enjoy a drink before rejoining the outside world.
Yes, we offer both options to accommodate our clients’ preferences and needs. Our therapists are available for online sessions as well as face-to-face appointments at our location.
Our practice is rooted in inclusivity and a judgement-free approach. We believe in creating a safe space for everyone, especially for those who may feel they haven’t “found their people” elsewhere. We’re dedicated to supporting the local community and being accessible to all, though we are currently located on the first and second floors with no lift access.
To book a session, simply use the calendar on our website to choose your preferred date and time. You can also make your payment at the time of booking for convenience.
We understand that plans change, so we request 48 hours' notice for any cancellations to ensure that our therapists and other clients can adjust their schedules accordingly.
